These beautiful balloons are made from industrial-grade PVC and, when cared for properly (simply avoid exposing them to extreme heat or cold), can last for several months, not just a few days. If smaller balloons are used inside, they will naturally deflate well before the larger balloon.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance is due five days before delivery. If you cancel more than seven days before the event, the deposit can be applied to a future purchase within 12 months. Cancellations made within seven days of the event are not eligible for a refund or future-purchase credit. If a booking is made within seven days of the event, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Once delivery has been completed, Cloud9Co is not responsible for balloon damage caused after delivery.

Delivery is free within 10 miles of ZIP code 17540. For each mile beyond the first 10 miles, a delivery fee of $0.75 per mile applies.
