This balloon can be made with Cloud9Co choice of newborn outfit and stuffie - your color combination or you can provide outfit of your choice and stuffie of your choice. Price listed below is for balloon and crinkle paper as well as ribbon and labor. Price will change if you would like Cloud9Co to select outfit. Small balloons for the inside can be added for a minimal cost. Price will vary based on what you choose to put inside and if you want Cloud9Co to select inside contents (your color combination as always)...
